Formatting:
- 900 mm (horizontal) x 1200 mm (vertical) max. (A0 size: 841mm x 1189mm will fit to the space)
- push pins will be provided.
Poster Session Schedule:

All the posters will be kept posted during the conference period 9th and
10th.
We'd kindly ask the poster authors to be present at the posters on Oct 9th
and 10th 16:30-18:30.
The Poster Display area is located on the 4th Floor of the conference venue.
You are responsible for attaching your poster to your assigned panel.
Please bring your poster to the 4th Floor between 08:00 and 09:00 on October 9th (Monday morning).
Push pins will be provided at the display area.
Secretariat staff will be available at the display area on October 9th to answer any questions you may have.
